We combine our advanced culinary skill with creative ideas to customize menus to the preferences and tastes of each happy couple, even scheduling tastings to let the bride and groom sample our food before commiting. Our flexibility is key to delivering personalized menus that exceed expectations.  We always  take the time to listen to your expectations and strive to make every wedding memorable whether there are 30 or 300 guests.  It’s your special day and we want the food experience to be as unique as you are. 

To get to know you better we are always happy to schedule a face-to-face meeting - but before we meet, we ask that you take the time to look at our wedding menus online to help get an idea of what you are looking for. Some other things to consider, will you be offering a buffet-style meal or plated table service. And, what about offering a cocktail hour or perhaps a midnight snack!? These are just a few things to consider when food planning for your wedding.

Though many couples prefer to take on the menu-planning themselves, others choose to have more input and coordination from us, taking advantage of our existing menus or working with us to customize a menu plan completely unique to them. The amount of customization is up to you!

Mobile Espresso Catering

If  you are looking for that special something to take your next event to the next level look no further! 

With our mobile espresso bar and skilled on-site barista, we bring the cafe experience to you and your guests with our delicious and unlimited, espresso-based coffee beverages. 

Our team will arrive in advance to set-up the espresso bar, stay to serve a variety of delightful coffee-based drinks, and then meticulously clean up and take down after your event is over. It's as simple as that!
