LAST MINUTE ORDERS

We understand that meetings are suddenly scheduled and require catering. At Visionary, we try our very best to accommodate your last minute order requests. If possible, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible for all hot food items (at least 72 hours notice) and deli lunch (at least 24 hours notice). However, for all last minute order requests please give us a call! We will absolutely try our best to accommodate you into our schedule that day!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be advised that we cannot cancel any orders within 24-48 hours of your reservation. For all hot food, we cannot cancel within 48 hours otherwise we will charge the full invoice total. For any deli menu items, we cannot cancel within 24 hours.

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CONFIRMED ORDER/RESERVATION

Please note that your order is NOT FULLY RESERVED until you receive a separate email listing the date, time, menu, and price of your custom order. We kindly ask that you review all the details to ensure that the information is correct. Please note that our food and delivery costs do not include any dinnerware, glassware tables or table cloths. If you require any of these items, please make it known in your ordering process.

EXTRA DELIVERY FEES/CHARGES

A $10 gas surcharge may apply to your order. This added charge serves as compensation for all gasoline purchased for the delivery and pick-up of your order.

DELIVERY TIMES/CHARGES

We kindly ask all customers to provide us with a 30-minute delivery window leading up to the food serving time. Unforeseen circumstances such as poor weather conditions, traffic delays, and construction are often factors that lead to delayed deliveries.
